This forum focuses on the attraction and retention of talent in our region.  Hosted by the First Suburbs Consortium of Dayton in partnership with the National League of Cities, this Forum will convene

  • Elected and community leaders
  • Economic development, education, and healthcare professionals
  • Business leaders
  • Nonprofit organizations

This Forum will

  • Review national best practices on attracting and retaining talent
  • Generate ideas to address areas of concern
  • Identify opportunities for regional collaboration
